The individual enterprise of graduate engineer Ioannis Lazarou began its operations in 2009 in Myrina, Lemnos. Initially focused on public works construction, it soon expanded into private construction projects, specializing in complete renovation and restoration of old buildings.

Simultaneously, the company engaged in the issuance and supervision of building permits, EPC issuance, integration of unauthorized buildings under Law 4495/17, issuance of building identities, and all types of topographic studies. Finally, since 2020, the company has undertaken the construction and maintenance of OTE's copper network as well as the construction and maintenance of the fiber optic network.
